May mùa sông, dông mùa bể

Chỉ kinh nghiệm của người làm nghề chài lưới về sự bù trừ theo mùa vụ: khi cá ở sông được mùa thì cá ở bể, biển thường kém, và ngược lại. Cũng dùng rộng hơn để nói quy luật được mặt này thì hụt mặt khác trong làm ăn, mưu sinh.
